Receptionist really polite when dealing with a patient.
Got appointment straight away this morning which is a bonus, maybe to work on appointment situation instead of having to phone every morning at 8 preferred old system when you phoned up always sorted an appointment.

- Receptionist friendly and helpful and welcoming.
- Dr gave plenty of time to discuss my problems with clear explanations of treatment for eczema.

Thank you for your comment. We did wonder if you were aware that we now have a nurse practitioner working 4 days each week who can treat minor illness.
